Is it possible to separate the struggle for socialism in Ireland from the
struggle against British imperialism in Ireland? In my opinion, the answer
is no, the two struggles can't be separated. With that in mind, the
important thing is to attract Irish workers *in general* to
socialism. History shows that some Protestant workers in the North can be
won to socialism. Protestants were among the founders of the IRSP and
Protestant workers are members of the IRSP today.
