Re: [Marxism] Reply to Melvin on basic socialist economic theory

>Shortly after H.S. (1994) I became fascinated with the Internet. I
was mesmerized by communication with people around the world, and the sense
of being on the leading edge of something. This led to a sedentary lifestyle;
night and day in front of the screen, reading, writing, learning to code.
After two years of this I had a skillset greater than most comp-sci graduates,
and none of the debt. This eventually let to an income with ew expenses that
supported and encouraged massive over-consumption. Food was my primary expense
and passion. My diet become healthier in terms of the range of nutrients
consumed, but the focus upon consumption overshadowed any improvements in
nutrition. I expanded to 240 pounds before I recognized it would kill me. I
then
attempted to bring it under control. It took a couple years to reach 185, and I
have been maintaining that for the last few years.
I have recently quit my job, computer programmer, of 8 years, and am
remaking my life. Thus far my focus has been on remaking my mind and
breaking bad habits of thinking -- to escape bourgeois ideology. My
goal is to rectify my soul (for lack of a better word), with my mind
and body. My soul tells me that unless I am working against
capitalism that I will never be happy. I say "against capitalism"
instead of "for communism" because my understanding of the connection
between the abolition of property and the defeat of capitalism is not
complete, and for me to say "for communism" at this point would be
dishonest, like a child using words they do not understand.
My mind and body are lagging behind my soul, and I have to complete
their transformation away from overconsumption, and bourgeois
ideology, or I will spend the rest of my life in misery. If I fail to
defeat overconsumption, that life will be short. I have been training
for this coming season of bicycle racing, but this has existed
distinct from my goal of remaking my life. Your comments have
provided me with a way of tying the two together.
Spring is coming to Chicago.<

You must continue ask the hard questions and have strength enough to ask them
all the time. I am grateful for your questions. The questions have to be
answered on the basis of personal experience and historical narrative.
I AGREE.
I understand . . . Spring is coming and this is our shot. No one can purify
in the winter but the communist have never explained why. The women are not in
the game yet - at theorists, or they would explain spring cleaning - from
their point of view.
Remember I already agreed.
I left my freaking wife who I vowed to be with forever to go to a warner
climate. She was here with me for a week and is coming back to stay. I love her
.
. . man.
Science in the long run is going to have the solve this question of cold -
environment or what we call spring cleaning.
First the soup and then allow me to rant because I have been lonely for a
very long time, when it comes to the real urgent questions. I cannot surrender.
I
have hated myself because we must come out of this philosophic Marxist
nonsense and talk about insurgent American communism. I shall never surrender
Marx
method and spend a lifetime trying to figure out exposition. My kids would
doubt be if I concede one molecule to the bourgeois and their ideologists.
Our fight is personal and not an abstraction.
This is my soup and I cheat because I am seeking transition and to get rid of
the fat.
1. Cellery
2. Carrots
3. Onions
4. Canned - yes canned, corn and string beens.
5. Stewed tomatoes - yes in the damn can.
What!
You thought at this level of destruction of the earth we were going to go
outside and pull all the nutrient from the ground?
6. I use a tomato base because I have watched too many reruns of the
Godfather.
7. I used "De-Monte" so-called "Traditional Spaghettis Sauce" as a base and
not "buoy cubes" because all of the fellows give up taste in their early teens.
We eat what the women put in front of us and never complain.
That is my soup and stop over thinking the subject. Get into the dieletric.
I got maze in my soup - or corn that come from the Indian, which you cannot
digest but it pulls the shit - feces, from the bowels. The vegetables act as a
broom and not nutrient.
If you need a laxative use one little by little and base everything on your
perception and feeling of what is taking place in your body. If you need an
enema so be it. Clean the intestinal tract.
Now, I boil my soil for six hours on an electric range where I can regulate
the soup.
This is transition diet and transition means that a catalyst is being
employed to get from one state to another.
The bottom line is that we must have access to real fruit and its properties.
The other side is that we cannot eat to much of the real fruit because we are
toxic.
Let me explain the dialectic as a story.
Gerard . . . the Subway guy that lost all that weight going to the Subway
restaurant or fast food chain. You know him? OK.
Why do the Atkin's diet work and Atkin's is dead and died as a fat man?
The subway diet cause Geared to lose weight not because it was healthy but
because he start eating "one thing" and not a lot of things.
a. We cannot mix food, which is a law of life. In the real world this mean we
cannot mix everything with everything because we have to mix things of the
same properties. I claim this conclusion for Marxism but it is really just plain
old materials, and mean "stop eating mixtures or everything."
We are going to hit some real world barriers about how man show look and what
is good or perfect health.
This is where I am at.
Go into your transition diet on the basis of excluding everything for
something that has the ability to push the feces out of you. We lift weights
but it
is in between twenty and fifty pounds. Anything else is for contest and
conflict. I am not against contest and conflict. I do love beauty.
Nutrient and minerals and vitamins we do later.
\We go to the wall on this one.
One cannot eat protein and it be assimilated into the cell structure.
We are at the mouth - beginning of the beginning of the historical process,
and it must be noted that a so-called dogmatic communistic and materialist, who
would not surrender to the bourgeois's and their ideology offer the solution
to the question of fat - overconsumption on an individual basis.
Communism do not come out of the book. It comes out of real life.
A 29 year old comrade ask about real world communism.
Do one thing and it block out everything else in your transition diet. You
raise other questions that deal with strength and endurance, more advanced.
Eat no bread.
Nada.
Drink plenty of water. Not because it has some miraculous healing solution,
but rather because it allows you to break up the matter in your bowels - you
been carrying at least twenty years -- you are 29, (and I would say 27 year).
I am grateful comrade that you allow me to speak.
My pain is horrible.
My son will be 32 this year and I helped kill my baby in ignorance. I thought
I was giving him good wholesome food.
No one told me and they killed all the mid wife's by burning them at the
stake.
I did not know. My ignorance and shame overwhelms me.
This is the truth and man and productive forces.
Melvin P.
