[this editorial has a strange headline that implies Chevez plots a
Coup-against himself.  Then it gets hysterical and goes right over the
top.
Please note that the WP's editorial appeared after Secty of State Powell
said he supported the Chavez government's process in the
signature-gathering arena, for which see:
