I have written nothing of substance on this list for almost a year (US
plans for pre-emptive nuclear attacks on the former USSR in the late 40s and
early 50s), but yes, I am a great fan of Corey's, and mentioned his name on
an even earlier post, and compared his fantastically funny bull-shit with
that of another poster. Louis informed me that Corey had a brilliant record
as a leftist and activist and posted the good doctor's web site. I remember
well, with glee, my young children and me, rolling on the floor, laughing at
the verbal antics and amazing clap-trap of Professor Corey.

And then there's the story that Corey spoke at his daughter's graduation
(some high-falutin eastern private school) and the class did not know that
Corey was
a man who had mastered academic double-talk.
