[Marxism] Re.: Got Both Ways? Squared!
I could never spit on Spinoza!
He is long dead. No longer with us. He's passed on. He is no more!
He has ceased to be! He's expired and gone to meet his maker! He's a
stiff! Bereft of life, he rests in peace! His metabolic processes are
now history! He's off the twig! He's kicked the bucket. He's shuffled
off his mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir
invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-PHILOSOPHER!! He is not here, now, and thus
I cannot spit on him, not even almost.
Unless you mean abstract saliva, sucked up metaphorical drool and
expectorated derision, cast in the general direction of any particular
philosopher, or philosophers, or philosophy, as for which please turn to
the X1th Thesis On Feuerbach.
