Thanks very much for reminding me of that video, Mark.  It really is
excellent, and I highly recommend it.  I also appreciate that you linked
to that web page, which leads me to also highly recommend Frank Dorrel?s
video, the transcripts from which your site quoted.  I cannot recommend
Frank?s video enough.  It is truly useful, and *ridiculously*
inexpensive.  He even begs you to copy it if you want, just to get it
out!
