With a background like this, they will always help imperialism. They
are not against the system, they are a function of the system.
Anyway, almost nobody knows K. as "Hurricane" here. That was
journalistic poetry. People know him as "Pingüino", Penguin, because
both of his Santa Cruz origin and of his strange face. One of the
good things with him is that he took it with the best humor, and now
speaks of himself as "the Penguin".
You know I was reluctant to give him a single millimeter of a chance.
But now, I am beginning to see that he's on a collission course and
will not cry "uncle". The recent trip of Economy Minister Lavagna to
Miami in search of help from the IMF looks more like a trip to obtain
help for Lavagna's conservative plan than for Argentina. He seems to
have gone there to tell Köhler "don't be silly, you fools, the guy
will not stop; it is rather you who must".
