[Marxism] Black Anti-Defamation Council?

Anyone heard of a group named "Black Anti-Defamation Council"?  I
just received an announcement of its first meeting in Columbus from
the president of Police Officers for Equal Rights (an anti-police
brutality group in Columbus).
