Well, I don't think so -- the critique of the record seems to me to be a
perfectly acceptable "economistic" pursuit, as Mr. Record's report is
offered as having a certain position in informational space which products
of the US government do not always occupy (especially in this "post-GPO"
era, when such studies are no more than intimated for the majority of US
residents). Is he saying bad things? I do think so, since the goal is
actually not to foster a split among the ruling class but to enshrine
"good strategy" as the *summum bonum*; and frankly I'm not really planning
on getting with the Army War College (not physically or mentally located
in upstate New York, but instead in a location I know rather better,
midstate Pennsylvania) anytime soon. I don't expect I or anyone in
proximity was or will be invited to, but you apparently do.
