No doubt there is some gangsterism in Kosovo/a as
there is in all of the world but the KLA was not
the source of it.  And if some individual members
of the KLA were involved in some gangster
activity(I have seen no proof of this, only
assertions)
it was certainly not promoted or condoned by the
KLA organization.

Shame on you Louis for relying on capitalist
press reports, especially from the New York Times
You should know of their relation with the
government and their willingness to supress news
or invent stories to conform to what the govt.
considers national security matters.

A local NYTimes reporter who was recently fired
totally misrepresented a local struggle to defend
the homeless here.. Rick ? was his name.

He was not fired for the story but for not
crediting others who wrote part of his stories.

Chris Hedges has consistent misrepresented what
has been going on in Kosovo/a.  I read an article
during the war that was almost 100% different
from the facts as I knew them.

Now to really try to sift out truth from fiction
you need to read as many different capitalist
press reports as possible if you are unwilling to
believe anything from Kosovo/a.

Read the Irish Times Reports and the Manchester
Guardian as well. Read the reports of various
Human Rights Organizations.  Don't trust any
single individual and read all sides even if you
think they are worthless a priori.

In general you will find the American, French ,
and Russian Presses echo the Milosevic line and
that is consistent with the pro Serbian govt.
positions of these countries historically.

I suggest you learn something about scientific
method and take your ego out of this disussion
and search for the truth.
