[Marxism] WHEN WORKERS DIE
The following story is so tragic, and yet so tragically common. The
victims are workers exploited by criminal employers who are exhonerated
by the capitalist government that still pretends to care for its workers
through deliberately impotent organs such as OSHA--the guardian of
"worker safety" and an astonishingly callous and negligent justice
system. The photo of the muddied corpse of the young worker pulled from
the ground horrifies me. You, too, especially if you have ever worked
in such jobs, and grumble, pissed and sad: "There, but for fickle fate,
am I."
WHEN WORKERS DIE
A Trench Caves In; a Young Worker Is Dead. Is It a Crime?
