What Trotsky may have written about this issue of self-determination 'under
socialism' would seem to me to have little to do with the question of

How to read this into the debate seems straightforward enough to me -
Milosevic was precisley the kind of person that the US was looking for in
those 'secret sensitive' documents referred to in the gervasi piece and
quoted by Louis
