This kind of argument by insult and falsificatin
is typical of old time Stalinists and of people
who have religious beliefs  who run out of
evidence to back up their beliefs.

David should be suspended from this list and
required to apologize to Michael and myself by
implication since I generally agree with
Michael's analysis.

How did I manage to come to the same conclusions
as Michael without having read anything by him
until recently.

Just maybe, we are right and you, Louis, and co.
are wrong.
