DEar comrades,
I would urge comrades to consider purchasing Mike Karadjis' excellent
book on the ``Yugoslavia'' question.

You still haven't answered my question, btw. Are you speaking for
yourself or on behalf of the DSP?
Actually, there is a lot I still haven't answered, but its coming. I do not
have time to write extended pieces quoting lots of evidence every day,
that's why my last couple of pieces have been shortitsh responses to some
more specific stuff, so don't be too impatient.
On this question, I'm not sure of its relevance to you, but last time I
checked, the DSP's position is still much the same as it has been for years,
which is basically my position. On the Kosova war, it is pretty similar to
what Les E said was the position of his group, opposition tothe NATO
aggression, opposition to Belgrade's concurrent offensive in Kosova and
critical support to the KLA. On Bosnia it was defence of multi-ethnic Bosnia
against Serb-Croatian nationalist aggression, calling for the lifting of the
criminal imperialist arms embargo on Bosnia and oppositon to all imperiaist
imposed partition plans, as well as opposition to the sanctuions of Serbia.
Of course, members of the DSP may not agree with every t crossed and every i
dotted regarding the detail of every line. I basically write my opinion. I
am not required to check every thing I send to this list on past history of
the Yugoslav issue with the political committee of the DSP. I don't know if
some of you have had experience like that in parties in the US, but I've
never experienced it here.
