Actually, that's not correct-- they are not speaking about an ultra
imperialism, they are more like the social democratic antithesis to
Kautskyism. i.e., just as racist, but not at all based on belief that the
imperilists will divide the spoils.

However, awhile back either here on on the A list, Sabri suggest that as US
moves force the Europeans-- even the French and Germans-- to decide whether
or not they are for against Empire as such (as the US occupation[s] and
resistance to the same force every statelet to decide one way or the other
for or against the continuing domination by the Western White Worldview),
the American ruling class will divide yet there is likely to be junior
imperialism closing ranks with the US in order to protect imperialism as a
global system, led by the Metropole states.

In other words, if the US puts the global order in jeopardy, then the
advanced imperialists will *all* reluctantly take sides with the
imperialist world order, even led by Bush.
