Just tuned into ABC evening news to see how they were covering the downing
of the helicopter. They showed severely wounded soldiers being tended to in
the emergency room. A doctor then turns to the camera and says with his
voice dripping with sarcasm, "End of all major combat hostilities,
*right*." When an officer has the guts to say this to a major broadcasting
outlet, things are definitely beginning to unravel. That is why it was
super-important that a demonstration was held in Washington last weekend.
We have to find ways to light a fire under UPJ's ass, although it won't be
easy.
