Umm... Noam, would you consider throwing in a little economics next time:
"Driving a car doesn't make you a bourgeois.  Personally profiting from the
labor of ten thousand people building a million cars makes you a bourgeois."
But I probably shouldn't second-guess... would I have done as well with as
hostile and arrogant a "journalist"?

I suppose the NYT felt they had to print this crap to "balance" the long
piece they ran in today's magazine exposing the Bush Administration's crappy
"reconstruction" planning.
