Tony Blair is due to hold a small number of meetings at Downing Street
despite yesterday's heart scare.
He has been treated for heart palpitations and will be back at his desk
"full-time" in the next 24 hours.
In a concession to medical advice, he has pulled out of making a statement
to the House of Commons on the European summit, which Foreign Secretary Jack
Straw will do instead.
Mr Blair, 50, was suffering rapid beating of the heart, known to doctors as
supraventricular tachycardia.
