Because unemployment, poverty, poor housing, bad health and decreased
educational facilities have faced every Serb for the past 10 years. I am
talking about a different phenomenon, namely singling people out for their
ethnic origin and attacking them on that basis.

I don't know much about Montenegro. If you could find similar reports from
the Serb republic, I'd appreciate that.
