Deliberate and indiscriminate attacks on civilians inside the Green
Line don't send a political message to Palestinians, Jews, and the
rest of the world that those who send Palestinian youths on suicide
missions want one multinational state in which Palestinians, Jews,
and others can live together.  The sort of attacks on civilians make
more political sense if those who are organizing the attacks want two
states, one for Jews, one for Palestinians, so that two peoples don't
have to live together after tragedies.
