but that, as we used to say, is a personal problem.

It doesn't make a bit of difference that certain national liberation
forces participated in defining the accords-- what counts is whose
accords,  who executes them, who enforces them, and who uses them to
justify the status quo.

Re: Vietnam.  Did the NLF/NVA deliberately target non-combatants?  Not
to my knowledge.  Did they deliberately target areas where
non-combatants were present and would be killed?  Absolutely.

Are you willing to state that those members of the ANC military wing
who deliberately targeted white only cafes in Durban, Capetown ,
etc.were guilty of a war crime?  Should the truth and reconciliation
commission indict them for murder?

So?  So that's not rape or torture.  Rape and torture are
counterrevolutionary, not illegal, because those practices reproduces
the fundamentals of exploitation and oppression already existing in the
social order to be overthrown.

And I was not confusing Hamas and Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah.  I am
stating that the analysis should proceed for each and any along certain
lines.
