Putin represents the bourgeoisie - property holders, as a class. He is forced

I do agree that development is to be understood as a property relations and
this includes so-called "sustainable development" - a real bourgeois concept
and ideology. Trade is not development and actually halts and slows development
in todays world. Those who enter trade with the US actually further slow down
their curve of development or growth of productive forces and this includes
China at this point.
