Suit yourself.  I read Inikori's piece and it is almost incomprehensible.
Anybody else out there able to find a coherent chronology of development in
Inikori's piece?

My remarks on Brenner's article are not intended to recapitulate the
refutation of Pomeranz's data and conclusions, which Brenner does in
meticulous fashion-- it is meant to comment on the underlying question of
historical development.

As for Henwood-- as with everything else, you miss the real content, the
real reactionary content, substituting instead some reified concept of
"debate."
