Honestly, to my sensibilities Henwood's point about "competitive
liberalization" did not deserve a comment, let alone a word.
If you've ever had the privelege of clubbing together with a few of
your coworkers to foil the boss's plans, on any scale, you quickly
learn something: The boss has a back-up plan! More than that, the
boss, when resorting to his back-up plan, predicts that it really was
a better plan all along. "Competitive liberalization."
Or do you think class analysis amounts to a conspiracy theory?
