Frankly, I thought his new book was not very good. Better than Stupid
White Men, which I thought was awful (especially when compared to
Downsize This, which I still think is his best). It just seems like his
writing has sort of lost its edge. Or maybe I'm just more cynical than
I used to be. I liked the new Al Franken book a whole lot more, despite
his never-ending Clinton worshipping. Aside from that, it's hysterical,
angry, and sad all rolled into one. And includes a great cartoon--"The
Gospel of Supply Side Jesus."
