Sectarian AND reformist. Are we rabid sectarians AND rabid reformists?

Oh, BOSH, Armand. You say that Eli's vote against the recall is a 'vote for
the Democrats', regardless of his intentions and principles, but I suppose
you would object if someone said that your campaign for the recall is a bloc
with the Republicans and a 'vote for Arnold Schwarzenegger', regardless of
YOUR intentions and principles. That's the whole damn trouble with the
recall vote: you are either in a bloc with Davis or a bloc with
Schwarzenegger no matter what the hell you do. Come to think of it it's
just like the fight over impeaching Clinton. Would 'Convict Clinton! Make
Camejo the President!' have been a good mass line, do you think?

The Sparts have been calling us pimps of the Democrats for 30 years now. I
doubt if you can come up with any invective that they haven't used. We're
used to it. Yawn.
