Rumsfeld vs. David Kay

Rumsfeld: There isn't any way in a country this size [Iraq] to go out and
find items [alleged WMD] that small.

Meanwhile: "David Kay, the CIA adviser heading up the search, told several
members of Congress that he expects to find weapons of mass destruction, but
that there also is the remote possibility he would not."

Looks like someone's not "on message."
