Yes, funny how these law-and-order types have insisted that duplicitous
"intention" be the yardstick by which government evaluates government
criminality. Put another way, the crime lies in criminal intent rather
than criminal activity.
I'm sure this kind of judicial innovation would be pleasing to those
who'd want a cabinet post for Jeffrey Dahmer or Charles Manson, right?
