Oh, Paddy, your argument is an absolute denial of significant statistical,
clinical, and molecular work done in the US about cancer rates and chemical
exposure.  It also ignores a fundamental fact about errors in DNA
replication:

Such errors can be intitiated, created by exposures to environmental
conditions-- like chemicals, radiations, ultra-violet light---

Or should we say the hell with the ozone layer, forget the sunblock, skin
cancer is the result of DNA-replication errors?

Denial has never been a revolutionary strategy.

By the way, the heat wave you are currently experiencing has nothing to do
with global warming, but only because the earth is getting older.
