first in Argentinean politics in 1955, when out from darkness he
became one of the most important representatives of American
interest in the counter-revolutionary government led by Pedro
Eugenio Aramburu. It should be noted that by those times,
Argentina was still somehow in the orbit of the British
imperialists rather than the Americans
