Diego & Walter: was: Prostitution in Cuba (To Walter L.)

It's perplexing, how even Leftists who have spent time
there cannot agree on "Cuban realities." I am
constantly struck by this when comparing what Lou
writes to what I have heard from people who grew up in
Castro's Cuba. Am I to be forever defending the Cuban
Revolution against Imperialism without ever feeling
confident that I have any understanding of its true
nature?
