Well, I read something from a government agency that was in our
universitity's library reg. the SWP from the 60's and I believe came from
HUAC (though I am not
sure). I remember reading it and having some surveillance photos. Among them
was John B. staring from a window. I remember thinking "Hey! That's John!".

I'll try to see if I can find the government document.
