I'm particularly interested in this because you seem to be veering close
to using a similar tactic on John Holloway, in the context of
encouraging pretty indiscriminate academic-bashing.

Really? Is that why you stood on your high horse re Patrick suggesting
to you in private that you had fucked up on another list, and went on to
publicly call him a liar? You didn't sound very happy.
