Re: Europe on strike
I have an article/analysis in this week's Workers World on the last big
demonstration May 25 and the organizing in France and Europe around
this issue up till then. See

I would also like to point out that the government backed off on its
proposal for restructuring education, which in France is a national
responsibility.
It agree June 2 to suspend parliamentary action on its proposal to
September.
This was a small victory for the teachers but didn't keep them from
coming out in major numbers on June 3.
