http://www.greenleft.org.au

Green Left Weekly,
Australia's socialist newspaper
Issue #540
June 4, 2003

Green Left Weekly provides news, information, opinion and debate from an
environmental and left perspective.

Featured this week: Terror in Aceh - End military ties with Indonesia!

On May 19, Jakarta launched a terror war against the people of Aceh.
Ever since, the Australian government has repeatedly stated it is in
Australia's "national interest" to support the "territorial integrity"
of Indonesia. This is what it told us during East Timor's 25-year-long
independence struggle. It was false then and it is false now. Green Left
Weekly explains why.
