RE: John Cleese (and imperialist humour)
Agreed Juan. Others seem to have misunderstood John Cleese's humour and
taken him for the racist chauvinist-pig-ignorant charactes he plays. Just
as the often misunderstood humour of Johnny Speight's character Alf Garnet
who was portrayed as the pig-ignorant, anti-trade union, chauvinist etc etc
resident of the London east end.
