CUBA SOLIDARITY NEW YORK

EMERGENCY PROTEST
NO U.S. WAR ON CUBA!
NOW IS THE TIME TO STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH CUBA!!
Cuban Mission to the UN
Corner of 37th Street & Lexington Avenue. New York City
SATURDAY, MAY 17
12 noon - 6 PM
Right-wing opponents of the Cuban Revolution have called for a demonstration
at the Cuban Mission for 1:00 PM Saturday, May 17. These organizations -
part and parcel of a four-decades long attempt by Washington, DC to
destabilize and destroy the Cuban government and its example of social
justice and internationalism - feel wind in their sails with the stepped-up
provocation's by the Bush Administration against the small island and its
mighty international example. In the past weeks we have seen a highly
orchestrated campaign of disinformation and demonization launched by
big-business politicians and their media. We need money for jobs, schools,
hospitals and other desperately needed programs, Not war on the Cuban
people.
