   From the reports which I have seen on TV I had the impression that
these people are from the local Shia mosque in "Saddam City". 

   By the way, there are strange things going on in Najaf among the
Shia cleric there; after the murder of Abdul Majid al-Khoei there is
now another Mullah being pressed to leave the country in 48 hours.

  BTW, is the El-Kindi hospital the one where the US occupying forces
have set up a guard behind barbed wire?
