Thanks very much Richard; I have been doing just what
you suggested though you might be surprised at the
lack of interest in Eastern Europe then or now in
doing in depth analysis of international law (and law
in general) from a critical or marxist perspective.

I think the point you raise on immanent critique is
right on. English admin law? Interesting-was that work
at a Law faculty?

There is a real intellectual problem in getting the
focus right here - following Marx's work on political
economy, won't the method be to immanently critique
the categories used so as to reveal inconsistency and
> circularity (if those two flaws are there)? ...
