Karadjis on Yugoslavia (was forwarded from Ben Courtice)
I must say that Karadjis's article on Yugoslavia and its former constituents
was extremely good
compared to what has been written on the topic by the DSP/SWP in the past.
Although as usual the bit on modern Croatia, was a bit flawed. Using the same
symbol, name, nationall
day and national anthem as the Ustashe state was sufficient grounds for
suspicion that it was
linked to the ustashe ideology.
It beggears these questions though:
Is/was the Ustashe still a 'genuine national liberation movement'?
Does it mean you have retracted your 1982-3 position on croatian nationalism?
And was your 1982-3 position genuine or just opportunism?
