Comic Relief #2

(The following came to me via a relative in Peru:)


Kofi Annan pulls Colin Powell aside at the UN and demands to know how
the US can be so sure Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction.

Powell looks around embarrassedly and, leaning close to Annan, whispers
in in his ear:

"We kept all the invoices."
