At a protest meeting at Gustav Adolfs torg, Malmö, Sweden,
today, organized by Nätverket mot Krig (Network against War),
we, some 500 people in Malmö, condemned the war of aggression
against Iraq by the USA and by Great Britain, and in a reso-
lution demanded that all arms export by Sweden to those coun-
tries cease.

Many proudly raised the flag of Iraq and that of Palestine.

One of the speakers pointed out how necessary it is, in the
present situation, that the UN act according to its Resolu-
tion 377, "Uniting for Peace".

The Network will organize a demonstration in Malmö against
the war on Saturday 12 April, when protest actions will
take place all over the world. Gathering will be at Stor-
torget at 13.00 h.
