We all know there to be a difference between being a Jew and being
a Zionist fanatic, and recognize that while the latter are godawful
the former are not to blame - but liberal, aware, and benignly
"above all that", sometimes the net community is over tolerant
of the lunatic fringe.

The opening statement in the "Israel and the US War on Iraq" story
is hardly inspiring, and gets the response...

"Except on the internet, where the anti-Zionist's seem to be ready
to reopen Auschwitz."

(...which in no way absolves Israel of any tinkering they may be
responsible for, especially in light of Sharon's responsible
humanism [sic])
