I guess the New York Times forgot about little old blacksburg, but if a
125-strong crowd warrants a mention, I thought I'd mention the 100 or so
people the quakers, ANSWER and the Catholic student community were able to
bring out here today.  We also sent a little over two busfulls of
protesters to Washington.  I'm happy to say that the public response
locally was quite positive.
