How will your progam take account of the finite nature of oil and natural
gas reserves? If the problem about oil under capitalism is, as you say, only
one of its profitability, then presumably your 'solution' under socialism is
to pump out the last reserves even quicker than before, unhindered by
considerations of profitability (or finiteness)-- yes? Then when you've
pumped out all the oil, what will be your encore?
