But here is the error in your logic. It is true that it is the cash flow
that determines whether I eat or not (and, thank goodness not my bank
account!). But from where does that cash flow arise? If it arises from yet
other bank accounts that are resource limited, then I will find myself
without something to eat. As any previously well paid dot.commer who has
suddenly found themselves without a job can tell you, the faucet can be
turned off quite suddenly, despite the excess cash flow that might have
preceded its sudden interuption.

But isn't that in itself a problem. If *I* don't understand what you're
saying, how can you possibly expect some working class stiff to be moved to
act? On the other hand, if you tell this same guy in 5 years there won't be
any oil and he'll be shit outa luck, I think you might get him out on the
streets.
