 Sisters Jackie Hudson,  Carol Gilbert,  and Ardeth Platte were arraigned
 today in front of Magistrate Slaughter in the Federal Courthouse in
 Denver.  They are charged with a 2 count Grand Jury indictment:
 Count One Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2155
 Injury/Interference/Obstruction of the National Defense of the United
 States.

 Maximum Penalty 20 years imprisonment,  $250,000 fine

 Count two: Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1361 Injury of Property
 of the United States.
 Maximum Penalty 10 years imprisonment,  $250,000 fine

 The trial is set for December 16 in federal court with Judge Robert
 Blackburn presiding.  The case number is 02-CR-05.  The pre trial
 conference is set for December 13.
 A rally is being planned outside the jail in Georgetown, CO for Sunday
 November 10 at 2:)) PM

 The severity of the maximum sentences for these charges is staggering.
 No one places as much stock in its weapons of mass destruction as does
