Re: MBA's
I have enjoyed Nick's and Lou's remarks about MBAs. However I am also
inclined to think that there needs to be a job down on the bright sparks
who thought up the Creative Industries initiatives. James Heartfield has
produced two pamphlets and Phil Ferguson has printed some stuff in
revolution, but more needs to be done.
Creative Industries is nothing less than an attempt I think, to destroy the
last vestiges of independent critical thought that sometimes takes root in
the Humanities. Somehow that worries me as much as the Mickey Mouse stuff
that goes on in the MBAs.
