First Nice results show swing in favour

The first results in the second Nice referendum have been announced, showing
a major swing towards support of the Treaty since the last poll 18 months
ago.

All of the seven constituencies using electronic voting have announced their
result, with an overall result of 66.57% in favour, 33.43% against. 9.24% of
the overall votes have been counted.
