Cochran & Pablo
I've been doing some reading about the development of teh Fourth
International after the war until the split in 1953. One of the articles
I'm reading mentions that Cochran in the USA and Lawrence in Britain
were allies of Michel Pablo in the split. I know that Lawrence ended up
joining the British CP but from what Louis has said at various times
about Cochran he doesn't seem to have shared this approach.
So what exactly was the relationship between Cochran and Pablo, other
than the fact that they were both in conflict with Cannon?
I realise this might not be the appropriate place to raise the question,
but I can't think of any other where it might be answered seriously.
Solidarity, Einde O'Callaghan
